John has brought over 20 years of experience as CEO and Chairman to the Global board, with a portfolio that spans across a wide range of geographical territories and market sectors. John's résumé‚ includes Hoverspeed, Morphy Richards, Bovril, Interfleet Technology and Image Source, providing him with a wealth of expertise in industries ranging from engineering and transportation through to software and media.
Martin Howe - Chief Executive
Leading the Global Immersion organization, Martin has over 25 years experience managing and directing at a senior level. With an extensive background in global marketing, project engineering and product development - his career has seen him work on multimillion dollar solutions and deliver over £240m ($396m) of successful business to market on every continent.  
Alan Caskey - Director, The Americas
Based out of our Ontario office, Alan brings with him 26 years experience at senior executive and sales level within the electronics, manufacturing, system integration and service industries. He has a highly successful record of building and managing sales teams and facilitating business relationships at all levels.
Mike Andrews - Chief Financial Officer
Mike has over 20 years experience in finance and international business working for Blue Chip Corporations. As a qualified Chartered Accountant who made the move into Industry soon after graduating, Mike has extensive knowledge of manufacturing, service and project based industries and has spent extended periods leading finance and commercial teams in the UK, France and Italy. Mike has also worked regularly throughout the other areas of Europe, the USA, China and the Far East. Mike is based out of our UK office.
