John began his career in marketing, holding a wide variety of managerial and directorial positions during 15 years in the marketing field. He is also non-executive Chairman of Image Source Limited, the world's fastest growing independent royalty-free photo stock collection and Chairman and co-founder of Aquasium Technology Limited, a high technology group. _____________________
	Martin Howe \| Chief Executive Martin leads the business with over 30 years of experience in managing and directing at a senior level in high value technology markets. His impressive career record includes senior roles with Electrosonic and Barco. Martin has extensive experience in engineering design, international project management, customer service, operations, sales and marketing. Martin’s career has seen him work on multimillion dollar solutions and deliver over £240m ($396m) of successful business to market on every continent. Having led the management buyout from SEOS to form Global Immersion in 2007, Martin continues to engage a visionary and highly focused leadership strategy within the business. As the driving force behind new market entry, products, sales, team development, operational strategy and organizational structure, Martin’s ongoing dedication and commitment provides a solid path for continued success. _____________________
	Alan Caskey \| Director, Americas Based out of the Ontario office, with more than 30 years experience within the fields of pro-grade visualization and systems integration, Alan’s accounting, sales and general management background brings a broad perspective to the management of commercial transactions and client needs. Alan joined SEOS in 2003 and provided a critical function during the time of the management buyout that formed Global Immersion, actively leading development of the company’s presence in the Americas. Prior to Global Immersion and SEOS, Alan served as Vice President of Sales at Electrohome (now Christie Digital) introducing high performance displays into scientific visualization, rental/staging and large venue markets. Preceding this, Alan’s time as Vice President of Sales at Fakespace saw him bring integrated visualization displays solutions to the niche markets of educational research and advanced visualization for the energy industry (oil & gas exploration and production). _____________________
	Mike Andrews \| Chief Financial Officer Mike has over 20 years experience in finance and international business working for Blue Chip Corporations. As a qualified Chartered Accountant who made the move into Industry soon after graduating, Mike has extensive knowledge of manufacturing, service and project based industries and has spent extended periods leading finance and commercial teams in the UK, France and Italy. Mike has also worked regularly throughout the other areas of Europe, the USA, China and the Far East. Mike is based out of our UK office. _____________________
	Paul Isaacs \| Head of Operations Paul is based at our UK office and directs the Global Immersion operations team from both a strategic, and a functional, level. With over thirty five years experience in the fields of engineering, programme management, senior management and leadership, Paul also holds an MBA and joined Global Immersion in August 2011 from Rockwell Collins Simulation and Training Solutions where he held the position of Principal Manager of EuMEA Programmes. Earlier in his career, Paul served as Operations Director at Evans & Sutherland, General Manager at Alteon Training, and Programme Manager at British Aerospace, having launched his career in the Royal Air Force. Paul is also a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management. _____________________
	Caroline Surey \| Human Resources Manager As a Chartered MCIPD, Caroline joined Global Immersion in April 2011 and is based at our UK Headquarters. Caroline has over 20 years experience working within Human Resources and more than 10 years experience working at a strategic HR business level. Her career history has seen her serve at senior management level for large international organizations including Virgin Atlantic, Tie Rack and British Bookshops and Sussex Stationers. _____________________
