Fidelity Black™ uses a multi-channel Zorro® projector configuration to create an ultra-high contrast solution, with the perfect amount of luminance for unprecedented black levels, dynamic range and a pixel-perfect display.

The patented black level suppression technology from Rockwell Collins was originally designed for use in simulation and night training, with stringent demands for redundancy and long lamp life. The Zorro® projector has since been adapted and optimized and is now in its third generation… with the Zorro® 2015HC. Employing a four-panel projection engine using the latest Liquid Silicon on Crystal (LCoS™) devices, this projector produces a pixel contrast far higher than any other light-valve based unit and produces results only previously achievable from a CRT solution – perfect for all-sky starfields.

Fidelity Black™ creates an experience so dark, absolute and believable that it is difficult for the mind to differentiate what is real, and what is not.
